WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS TEMPLATE:

This "in lieu of flowers" donation card and memorial payment card gives families a simple, modern way to direct guests toward a meaningful contribution instead of, or alongside, flowers. Guests simply scan the QR code with their phone camera to open the linked payment app or donation page, making it easy to give on the spot at a visitation, funeral, or celebration of life reception. Perfect for placing near a guest book, on a memorial table, or tucked into funeral programs.

HOW IT WORKS:

⓵ Purchase and receive an instant digital download link

⓶ Open the file in Canva (free account) using the included link

⓷ Generate a QR code for your chosen payment app or donation link (free QR code generators are widely available online) and insert it into the template

⓸ Personalize the text, colors, and fonts, then download as a print-ready PDF

PLEASE NOTE: This is a digital product — no physical item will be shipped. Requires a free Canva account to edit. QR code must be generated separately (using a free QR code generator) and added by the buyer, as it will link to your specific payment app or charity page.
